Shipping and returns

We do not charge extra for multiple items

 

Free local pick-up can be selected if you are in the Cirencester area.

Once you place an order:

Kit orders will be sent out within 2 days.

Orders that need creating will take 5-7 days.  If you want something urgently please do contact us.

We use Evri standard, which will be delivered to you within 2-3 days in the UK, 5-11 days in Europe. UK Express should be next day, once the item has been created.

We know that receiving a delivery can be difficult if you are not in the house all day.  If there is a possibility you won’t be home, please send us clear instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel.

Returns

We sincerely hope you will love your chosen item(s).  As they are made to order, I'm afraid we cannot accept returns unless they are damaged in transit.
